Job Description

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner (Generalist) with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end HR responsibilities including Recruitment, Training & Development and Payroll coordination. A proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to align HR strategy with business objectives are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Business Partnering:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to functional and departmental heads.
  • Work closely with line managers to understand business challenges and provide HR solutions.
  • Lead and support change management initiatives and organizational development activities.

2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle – sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Partner with recruitment agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure timely closures.
  • Work on manpower planning and internal talent mobility.

3. Training & Development:

  • Identify training needs across departments through TNA (Training Needs Analysis).
  • Plan and execute technical, behavioral, and leadership development programs.
  • Measure training effectiveness and maintain training records.

4. Payroll Coordination (Added Advantage):

  • Coordinate with finance/payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Assist with salary inputs, attendance records, and reconciliation.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in payroll data.

Education & Experience:

  • Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent from a reputed institute.
  • Experience: 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in HR Generalist/HRBP roles.
  • Industry Preference: MNC/Manufacturing/Engineering/Water Treatment/Environmental Services.
  • Language: Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Candidates residing in or near Hinjewadi, Pune will be given preference.
  • Strong exposure to blue-collar and white-collar workforce management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed, and multicultural environment.
