Job Description
- Oversee production operations to ensure efficiency, quality standards, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Lead and manage production teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and utilized effectively to maximize output.
- Monitor production processes and provide solutions for continuous improvement and optimization.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to report on production performance and address any issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements throughout the production process.
- Train and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge in production operations.
