Oversee and manage daily factory operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and timelines are met.

 Develop and implement efficient production processes while maintaining compliance with GMP and ISO standards.

 Monitor and improve operational efficiency through lean manufacturing practices.

 Lead and mentor production teams to ensure adherence to SOPs and safety protocols.

 Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements for pharma packaging.

 Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.

 Collaborate with senior management to drive continuous improvement and cost optimization.

 Required Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Chemical, B.Sc., Diploma in Plastics Processing, PGD – Plastics Processing Technology - CIPET, Industrial, or Production Engineering (MBA preferred).

 Proven experience in managing factory operations, especially in the plastic packaging or pharmaceutical sector.

 Strong knowledge of GMP, ISO, SEDEX, BRCGS and other relevant quality standards.

 Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.

 Proficiency in ERP systems and production planning tools.
