Job Description

We are searching for a skilled and seasoned professional to take on the role of Senior person in Purchase / SCM within a respected Cables & Conductors manufacturing company. This position demands robust expertise in strategic procurement leadership, effective vendor management, and supply chain optimization, alongside a comprehensive understanding of cost management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the cables & conductors industry and hold a graduate degree.

Lead the Purchase & SCM function, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards
Develop and implement procurement strategies that enhance efficiency and reduce costs
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms to secure optimal service and pricing
Analyze supply chain processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
Monitor market trends and industry changes to inform purchasing decisions and strategies
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and communication across departments
Prepare and present reports on purchasing metrics and supply chain performance
Manage budgets and forecasts related to purchases and SCM activities
