Design and development of sheet metal, casting, fabrication components.

•

Create and maintain BOM, drawings with GD&T, Tolerance stack up, and Tooling feasibility.

•

Creo simulation and Creo programming, modelling and surfacing.

•

Create detailed 3D models and drawings using CAD software (AutoCAD, Creo).

•

Drafting detailed drawings as per customer need.

•

Carry out design change request on-time bound manner in PLM Windchill. (ECR/ECN)

•

Experience in working with ERPLx system for BOM creation and editing.

•

Doing the detail engineering, manufacturing and feasibility review.

•

Independently or with less assistance perform the task.

•

Communicate with cross-functional and cross-cultural team.

•

Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.

•

Prepare and maintain detailed design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and technical reports.

•

Work with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality assurance, and Project Team.

•

Ability to work collaboratively and accept feedback from internal groups

Must Have:

•

Hands-on experience of Creo software(must), PDM windchill and AutoCAD.

•

Knowledge of GD&T

•

Hands on experience on ERPLx (ERP software)

•

English knowledge is must both written and communication.

Good to Have:

•

Selection of various grades of materials as per application and cost viability.

•

Design piping systems, including layout, material selection, ensure piping designs comply with industry standards and regulations.

Minimum Qualifications: Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities, License/Certification:

•

3-6 years of experience with Mechanical Design & Detailing.

•

B.Tech./ BE in Mechanical.

•

Sound understanding of Sheet Metal, Casting and Metallic materials.

•

Experience with GD&T, Tolerance Stack up analysis.

•

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

•

Knowledge of international & industry standards ASTM/ASME/HI.
