To take ownership of all aspects of the mechanical design &Integration throughout its entire life cycle. To provide product knowledge and direction to team members. Oversee assigned aspects of the Cosmos Impex to meet market expectation and to meet agreed company objectives.

-         Attending & coordinating department meetings.

-         Collaborating with other departments.

-         Delegating and Reviewing team assignments.

-         Developing, preparing, analysing and reviewing budgets.

-         Conducting team training.

-         Guiding and motivating team members & evaluate them periodically.

-         Creating innovative designs, drafts and presentations.

-         Meeting customer expectations.

-         Ensuring design quality and directives are followed.

-         Ensuring design information is of the right quality and keeps pace with project timescales.

-         Striving to eliminate health and safety risks in the design.

• Preparing machine layouts, part models, assemblies, part drawings, assembly drawings.
• Hand calculations for critical components selection.
• Design of casting, Sheet Metal fabrication & machine structures.
• Responsible for releasing manufacturing drawing (2D).
• Designing of hydraulic, pneumatic & coolant systems and related circuits.
• BOM & design data preparation using assigned system.
• Executing Engineering Design Changes Releases based on customer, assembly & manufacturer’s feedback.
