ANNEXURE – A

Your duties and job responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

1.     Commissioning of -

a)     Transformer, PLC panel, MCC panel, VFD panel, UPS and battery

b)    Continuity testing, relay testing, meager testing, hi pot testing of cables, no loads and full load testing of cables.

c)     Instrument installation, termination, calibration and commissioning.

d)    Pre-treatment Systems like Clarifiers, DAF units, Filters etc.

e)     Ion Exchanger units like Cations, Anions, Mixed bed polishers, softeners sequenc test etc.

f)     Membrane based treatment equipment like Reverse Osmosis, Ultra filtration, MBR Systems etc sequence test.

g)    Waste water treatment systems Thickeners, Centrifuge’s, Filter Press, etc

h)    Thermal Evaporators, De-aerators, Heat exchangers, Brine Concentrators etc. MEE/ ATFD

i)      Various Rotating equipments like pumps, blowers, mixers, hot loop test,

1)    Plan, co-ordinate and drive Site Activities with Site- Team

2)    Should handle Pre commissioning & commissioning Activities independently.

3)    Report Site Progress, Maintaining the daily log, making various reports like project process for customer as well as office, abnormality reporting etc. Compilation of various documentation required at site.

4)     Meeting the schedule requirements of the project is an important criterion to be adhered.

5)    Maintaining and following site safety requirements.

6)    Commissioning of sites independently, including but not limited to thermal water treatment plants, RO based treatment plants, Resin based Ion Exchange plants etc.

7)    Travelling to various sites for carrying out above activities.
