Job Description

1. Administration Responsibilities 

  • Office Administration: Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, managing office supplies, vendor agreements, housekeeping, and maintenance services.
  • Facility Management: Oversee office infrastructure, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate with external vendors for repairs and maintenance.
  • Vendor & Contract Management: Negotiate contracts, manage service providers, and handle relationships with facility management agencies, security, and housekeeping staff.
  • Travel & Accommodation Arrangements: Manage employee travel bookings, hotel stays, and related logistics.
  • Asset & Inventory Management: Maintain records of office equipment, IT assets, and furniture.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with government regulations related to office premises, licenses, and other statutory obligations.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and execute corporate events, annual gatherings, and office celebrations.

2. Human Resource Responsibilities 

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in hiring processes, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and handle joining formalities for new employees.
  • Payroll & Attendance Management: Coordinate with the finance department for payroll processing, maintain employee attendance records, and handle leave management.
  • Employee Engagement & Welfare: Organize engagement activities, resolve employee grievances, and ensure a positive work environment.
  • HR Compliance & Policies: Assist in policy implementation, maintain HR records, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Training & Development: Support employee training programs, coordinate with trainers, and track learning & development activities.
  • Exit Formalities: Manage employee resignation, full & final settlements, and exit interviews.
