Job Description
ANNEXURE – A
Your duties and job responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
1. Commissioning of -
a) Pre-treatment Systems like Clarifiers, DAF units, Filters etc.
b) Ion Exchanger units like Cations, Anions, Mixed bed polishers, softeners etc.
c) Membrane based treatment equipment like Reverse Osmosis, Ultra filtration, MBR Systems etc.
d) Waste water treatment systems Thickeners, Centrifuge’s, Filter Press, etc
e) Thermal Evaporators, De-aerators, Heat exchangers, Brine Concentrators etc. MEE/ ATFD
f) Chemical dosing systems etc associated with all above.
g) Various Mechanical Equipment's like Pressure vessels, tanks, various Rotating equipment's like pumps, blowers, mixers, etc.
1) Plan, co-ordinate and drive Site Activities with Site- Team
2) Should handle Pre commissioning & commissioning Activities independently.
3) Report Site Progress, Maintaining the daily log, making various reports like project process for customer as well as office, abnormality reporting etc. Compilation of various documentation required at site.
4) Meeting the schedule requirements of the project is an important criterion to be adhered.
5) Maintaining and following site safety requirements.
6) Commissioning of sites independently, including but not limited to thermal water treatment plants, RO based treatment plants, Resin based Ion Exchange plants etc.
7) Travelling to various sites for carrying out above activities.
