Job Description
We are seeking a qualified QC Manager to head our Quality Control department within the Cables & Conductor industry. The ideal candidate will possess a diploma and a proven track record in testing, inspection, and quality assurance systems, ensuring our products meet national and international standards.
- Lead the QC department and ensure adherence to quality management systems
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes for cables & conductors across production stages
- Supervise type tests, routine tests, acceptance tests, and inspections as per industry standards (e.g., IS, IEC, ASTM)
- Maintain strict compliance with ISO, BIS, and other statutory quality norms
- Collaborate with production and R&D teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, test reports, and certifications
- Liaise with customers, auditors, and third-party inspection agencies
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and reduce defects
- Train and mentor QC team members for improved technical and process capabilities
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory compliance within QC operations
