1. Cancellation of Services

  • Job Seekers: Free accounts can be canceled anytime via the user dashboard.
  • Employers: Paid subscriptions can be canceled before the next billing cycle to avoid auto-renewal. Active plans will continue until the end of the paid term.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Duplicate charges or technical billing errors.
  • Inability to access premium features due to platform issues (subject to investigation).

3. Non-Refundable Cases

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Unused credits or partial usage of services.
  • Delays or decisions made by employers or job seekers.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email [email protected] with your registered email ID, payment receipt, and reason for the request. We aim to process valid refund claims within 7–10 business days.
