Employers can cancel their subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the subscription.
To initiate a cancellation, please log into your account, navigate to the subscription settings, and select "Cancel Subscription." You will receive an email confirmation once your cancellation request has been processed.
We do not provide refunds under any circumstances. Once a subscription is purchased, it is non-refundable, regardless of usage or cancellation timing.
